Cheam in beautiful ‘Super Natural’ British Columbia is one of the most spectacular show gardens in the world!  Minter Gardens is set within 32 acres of floral artistry.  Eleven themed gardens are designed to dazzle the senses with massive displays of colour and fragrance. 

Two great Restaurants and a Gift & Plant Shop are all part of the experience.   We offer your clients a memorable experience, total relaxation, fine dining and excellent service all within your timetable.  If you are traveling to or from Vancouver, BC, Minter Gardens is a great coffee or lunch stop!

We are strategically located 90 minutes east of downtown Vancouver, BC on the Trans Canada Highway #1 at the Harrison Hot Springs exit #135.  Minter Gardens is an ideal refreshment stop for Rocky Mountain & wine tours.  map and driving directions

Handicapped Rate
For guests in a manual wheelchair, one attendant may visit the gardens for free.

SELF- GUIDED TOUR
Admission includes a self-guided tour map of the Gardens.

We appreciate being advised at least 48 hours in advance of group arrivals.  We would also like to know the estimated group size.  reserve your group online

DRIVER / TOUR GUIDE COMPLIMENTARY POLICY
The driver and escort receive free admission to the Gardens.  Our complimentary meal policy also gives them the same meal choice as the group.

FLOWERING GUIDE
Generally speaking, the highlights of each season are as follows:  

  • April & May:  Massive plantings of spring bulbs in bloom, as well as great displays of rhododendrons and azaleas.

  • JuneLate-blooming bulbs, outstanding show of perennials, early annuals and roses starting.

  • July & August:  Roses, summer blooming perennials and annuals in full bloom.

  • Sept. & OctoberStill lots of summer colour, beautiful fall foliage complemented by fall pansies, stunning chrysanthemums, fall perennials, ornamental grasses and ornamental kale.

The Trillium Restaurant conservatory
Come and enjoy our delicious gourmet lunch buffet in the Trillium Restaurant Conservatory  Monday to Saturday Mid-June to Mid-September.  Or join us, each Sunday, for a Gourmet Sunday Brunch, April through mid-October, from 11 am to 2 pm.  Our group rates are—Monday to Saturday $12.95 and Sunday $17.95 per person, plus gratuity and tax.  Regular rates apply on special occasion brunches, please ask for pricing. The Envision conservatory Garden Cafe
The Garden Cafe in the Envision Conservatory offers a variety of a la carte menu items from sandwiches, salads and burgers to wraps, pastas, mouth-watering desserts, and gourmet specials.

GARDEN CAFE LUNCHEON VOUCHER
May we suggest arranging for a voucher towards the purchase of a tasty lunch.  Vouchers may be purchased in any denomination.  They are non-redeemable for cash.

EVENT & BANQUET FACILITIES

GUIDED TOURS
A pre-booked one-hour general tour of the gardens is only $65, and a horticultural tour is $125 for groups of 15 to 30 (subject to 5% gst).  If your group is over 30 please contact us for pricing.  A guided tour must be booked a minimum of 72 hours in advance.
