Minter Gardens is open seasonally from March to mid-October, subject to weather and climate conditions. For the 2010 season, we welcome you to visit us between March 28 and October 11. Our hours of operation are:

March & April | 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

May | 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

June | 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

July & August | 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

September | 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

October (until Oct. 11) | 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Admissions to Minter Gardens

The current Regular Admission rates in Canadian funds (including HST) are:

Adults (19+) | $17.00

Seniors (65+) | $15.00

Youth (12-18) | $9.50

Children (6-12) | $6.50

Tots (5 and under) | free

Family rate (2 adults, and as many as 4 children 18 or younger) | $38.00

The current Season's Pass rates in Canadian funds are:

All major pathways in Minter Gardens are wheelchair accessible. For those who may have difficulty walking we do have a limited number of manual wheelchairs available for guests to use, free of charge, on a first come, first borrowed basis. To request a wheelchair on a specific day, please call our Admissions Gate at 604.794.7191.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I access Minter Gardens via public transport? While public transportation does stop near Minter Gardens, we are most easily reached by car. Taxi's are readily available for those arriving at the Chilliwack Bus Depot.

2. Can ashes be spread at Minter Gardens? As of 2007 we no longer spread ashes at Minter Gardens. We do, however, have memorial benches available for sale to celebrate your loved ones. For more information, please contact us at mail@mintergardens.com

3. Are pets permitted in Minter Gardens? Dogs are permitted in the Gardens provided they are kept on a short leash (less than 4') at all times and are cleaned up after promptly. Please note that, with the exception of certificed assistance animals, pets are not permitted in food service areas.
