The Fraser Valley British Motor Club and Minter Gardens invite classic car lovers to the annual Classic Car Show!

More than one hundred mint condition, classic cars await visitors at beautiful Minter Gardens, just 15 minutes east of Chilliwack in the scenic Fraser Valley. British classics, North American beauties and this year’s feature car, a 1957 Chevrolet Belair Convertible (owned by B. Chudyk, image below), will all be set within 32 acres of fantastic floral artistry.

Vehicles will be entered in eight different categories based on the origin and era of the car. A ninth ‘Premier Class’ category features the first place winners of each category from the last two shows. There will also be a ‘People’s Choice’ award for the vehicle that visitors feel is the most outstanding addition to the show. The People’s Choice winner earns the honour of becoming the Feature Car for next year’s show, so come on out and cast your vote!

Minter Gardens features 11 uniquely themed gardens designed to dazzle the senses with massive displays of colour and fragrance. Gently winding pathways progres sively link each garden, and interspersed throughout will be the cars of the Classic Car Show. Live musical entertainment will help get you in the spirit of things and local artisans and craftspeople will be showing their works as well. The Envision Conservatory Café will be open for delicious casual dining and the Trillium Restaurant & Conservatory will be serving a gourmet buffet brunch between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm (Reservations recommended – please call 604 794-7044). 2010 Winners

We had a fantastic turnout on Sunday and we would like to thank all of our exhibitors, the band, members of the Chilliwack Spinners & Weavers Guild, volunteers from the CIBC Run for the Cure and of course our guests for making this one of the most fun shows yet.
