The Fraser Valley British Motor Club and Minter Gardens invite classic car lovers to the annual Classic Car Show!

More than one hundred mint condition, classic cars await visitors at beautiful Minter Gardens, just 15 minutes east of Chilliwack in the scenic Fraser Valley. North American beauties and shining imports will be entered into eight different categories based on the origin and era of the car. A ninth ‘Premier Class’ category features the first place winners of each category from the last two shows. There will also be a ‘People’s Choice’ award for the vehicle that visitors feel is the most outstanding addition to the show. The People’s Choice winner earns the honour of becoming the Feature Car for next year’s show, so come on out and cast your vote!

Minter Gardens features 12 uniquely themed gardens designed to dazzle the senses with massive displays of colour and fragrance. Gently winding pathways progressively link each garden, and interspersed throughout will be the cars of the Classic Car Show. Vehicle highlights this year include this year's Feature Car, a stunning 1957 Chevrolet Nomad owned by E. Parker, and one of only four customized 1967 Oldsmobile Toronado's (made especially for Expo 67!) owned by T. Weflen. There will be two special army vehicles in place for the day as well. There will be a fantastic variety of vehicles from the 1930s to 1970s, so be sure to bring the camera as you walk down memory lane!

Live musical entertainment by The Cats N' Jammers will help get you into the spirit of things and the Chilliwack Spinners and Weaver's Guild will be there to spin a yarn or two as well! Be sure to stop by our sizzling outdoor BBQ for a summertime favourite or visit the Envision Garden Cafe for a light meal. The Trillium Restaurant will be open from 11am to 2pm for our delicious Sunday Buffet Brunch, but please note that reservations are recommended. Please call 604.794.7044 to book your place.
